Q: Do I need to be home for the services?
A: No. All we need is access to your yard for the services.
Q: Can my dog(s) be outside when you're working in my yard?
A: We ask to keep dogs inside for the duration of the service and for 30-45 minutes prior to allow for proper drying.
Q: Will you shut my gate after you are done?
A: We will always make sure to do a 3-point check for both entry and exiting your property. This ensures your pets' safety and security.
Q: How are you different from other pest control companies?
A: When we service our customers, we don't just think about the pests we're dealing with, we think about yours and your family's health, as well as the health of the environment. Most pest control companies use traditional methods for controlling pests, but these methods have serious health consequences. Q: How will I know when you are coming?
A: We will notify you 24 hours in advance before showing up for the service. This way you have enough time to reschedule if the original service appointment doesn't work for you.
Q: Will you work in inclemate weather?
A: Our applications are most effective when done during dry weather. If rain is imminent or if it's raining during the time of a scheduled service, we will reschedule the service within 24-48 hours of the inclement weather.
Q: Who will be doing the service?
A: All of our hired service technicians are insured and have gone through detailed background and DMV record checks.
Q: Do I need to do anything in between pest control services?
A: By keeping your lawn mowed and preventing pest breeding grounds from getting established will lead to the best results.
Q: Do you service acreages?
A: Yes we do! Please reach out to receive a free quote.
Q: Can I cancel my plan early?
A: Yes. You can opt out of your plan. The price per services completed would be adjusted to the length of service you have received and the remaining balance would be refunded.
